How a decision gets made

  1. 1
    Rules first

Tolerances, UBO math, flux materiality, and screening thresholds run deterministically.

  2. 2
    Evidence quoted

Each step shows bank amounts, references, and account IDs — not black-box scores.

  3. 3
    Independent checks

Reviewer and verifier roles separate preparation from approval in the workflow.

  4. 4
    Human approves

Journals, dispositions, and close sign-offs require a person with the right limit.

Connectors built during a pilot

We are not claiming pre-certified partnerships. Your pilot plan documents read-only scopes first, what syncs, and when write-back is enabled after approval.

Trust center
  • Rules first

Matching, screening scores, and flux gates run deterministically; intelligence enriches extraction when configured.

  • People approve

Agents propose journals and dispositions; approvers with limits sign off in the app.

  • Evidence quoted

Traces cite bank amounts, wire IDs, UBO percentages, and account numbers — not generic summaries.

  • Pilot on your terms

Read-only feeds first, your cloud and SSO when you are ready — see Security & Trust for current status.

Questions buyers usually ask

Ask us in a demo.

Do we need to replace our core banking or ERP?+

No. FinanceAI reads bank files, GL detail, and KYC documents from the systems you already run, then proposes matches, dispositions, and journals for your team to approve. Connectors are scoped and built during a pilot — not sold as pre-certified plugins.

How does a pilot work?+

We agree two or three measurable outcomes — for example match rate on operating account exceptions, time to clear KYC exceptions, or days saved on flux review — connect read-only feeds first, and run one or two agents on real data for four to six weeks. You get a go/no-go review against those goals.

Can agents post journals or approve customers on their own?+

No. Agents propose matches, risk ratings, and adjusting entries; a person with the right approval limit signs off. Maker-checker rules from your policy are enforced in the workflow, and every step is logged with the evidence cited.

What about the live demo and trial uploads?+

The live demo uses synthetic data for the fictional Aster Bank — labelled throughout the app. The public trial is for dummy or anonymized bank statements, KYC packs, or trial balances only. Do not upload live customer PII or production ledgers without a signed pilot agreement.

How is pricing structured?+

Engagements are scoped to the agents, document volume, and deployment model you need. There are no public price lists for $100k–$1M programs; after a demo we send a written proposal for a fixed-scope pilot.

Does it depend on an external AI model?+

No. Matching, screening scores, flux thresholds, and policy gates run deterministically first. Stellitron Intelligence can enrich extraction and drafted narrative when configured; the product keeps working if it is off.

What integrations are available today?+

The marketing site lists systems we commonly connect during pilots — core banking platforms, ERP/GL, BAI2/MT940/CAMT.053 files, SFTP, and KYC data feeds on request. Your exact interfaces are documented in the pilot plan.

Where can security reviewers start?+

Read Security & data for trial handling and deployment options, then the Trust center for controls in place today — including SOC 2 Type I preparation status. Request a security packet when you book a demo.
