What it does
The KYC Agent reads incorporation filings, UBO forms, and ID documents, then screens every owner and director against watchlists. It scores risk and proposes a decision — your team disposes hits and signs off.
What you can do here
- Run a full document review and watchlist screen
- Read source text with ownership lines highlighted
- Mark screening hits false positive or true match
- Approve, escalate, or copy a request-for-information email
Behind the scenes
Rules engine first: ownership parsing, document age checks, and Jaro–Winkler name matching. Stellitron Intelligence only polishes RFI wording when configured.
Example: Halvorsen Trade Partners lists Mirela Vostrik at 25% in the Handelsregister but omits her on the GwG form — the agent flags an undisclosed UBO before you approve.
